NOTE

How to be our Subscriber

Prepaid 
In order to buy our service you should sign an agreement with Excell. Need to bring your ID card/passport to our
Head Office or to Dealer sales point.
Dear Subscriber, please be informed, that in case of nonusage of our service for more than 3 month, your number
can be resold. But, if you want to keep your number for more, please call to our Call Center (888) and ask for
365 days  incoming calls validity for your number.
All new Subscribers have 365 days incoming calls validity by default. 

Postpaid
In order to buy our service you should sign an agreement with Excell. You need to bring your ID card to our Head Office
or to Dealer sales point (where is available).
All Postpaid tariffs require the service deposit no less than 5 USD.
Dear Subscriber, please be informed, that in case of nonusage of our service for more than 3 month, your number
can be resold and deposit is waived.
