We are the first operator who will provide a new standard of mobile telecommunications CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO. Until present time mobile telecommunications have been presented by three standards: AMPS, D-AMPS and GSM which were considered as the advanced at the moment of their introduction. However the progress always looks ahead and at the present time more and more perfect standards of a mobile network are developed and take root. At the end of the 20th century there was a splash in development of cellular networks thanks to occurrence at the market of essentially new technology of commercial digital radio telephone communication with Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA).
Technological advantages of the newest digital standard allow to provide to Excell's subscribers the EV-DO technology. EV-DO or Evolution Data Only/Evolution Data Optimized (often abbreviated as EVDO, EV-DO, EvDO, 1xEV-DO or 1xEvDO) provides fast wireless broadband internet connection with high speed (up to 2,4 Mbit/sec) directly to your computer. A high-qualitative voice transmission is one of main characteristics of our company.

Unique technological decisions give us a possibility to provide with live sounding of the voice, stable noiselessness, high confidentiality and less quantity of interrupted talks - a feature of CDMA standard is a possibility of "soft" transition from one Base Station to another (soft handoff). We do care of our clients. The minimum amount of radiation for maintenance of high-quality communication is required by CDMA. Thanks to this feature ecological parameters of CDMA phones are essentially improve in comparison with phones of other standards. BSC Operator (2 Positions)

Location: Phnom Penh
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
   • Basic troubleshooting including replacing boards and cards of telecom equipment in case of faults and alarm
   • Performing preventive maintenance inspection of telecom, power and others equipment such as MSC, BSC, UMG,Microwave, Power System rectifier module, etc
   • Controling environment conditions at the MSC and power and other equipment room
   •Testing and diagnosis of telecommunication equipment
   • Keeping record for routing system inspections and alarm
   • keeping record from alarm managerment including informing respective personal in case of faults during shift
 
REQUIREMENTS:
   • Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic, IT or relate field
   •`Ability to work in shift including night shifts
   • 1 year experience acting as and engineer in a network operator center of a telecom company or similar
   • fluent khmer and english both spoken and written

Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Manager Assistant

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
   • Coordinate and control the activity of the Customer Care Department, Call Center, Show room;
   • Responsible for billing system activity and other systems;
   • Knowledge of the SQL and billing (Post Paid and Prepaid) systems in telecom companies is plus;
   • Check the reports from Customer Care and Call Center departments;
   • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face; 
   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
   • Handle and resolve customer complaints;
   • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints;
   • Perform customer verifications;
   • Process orders, forms, applications and requests;
   • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
   • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
   • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints;
   • Record details of actions taken;
   • Manage administration;
   • Communicate and coordinate with other departments;
   • Follow up on customer interactions.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
   • Male or Female age of 27 or older; 
   • Master degree of Business Administration/ Marketing or relevant field;
   • 5 years experience in related field and management;
   • Honest, confidentiality principle oriented and proactive;
   • Strong communication skill, problem solving and supervisory skill, with high patient to customer needs and requests; 
   • Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading and writing), knowledge of Russian is appreciated;
   • Ability to work under pressure and in team environment.
   • Computer literacy;
 
Customer Service Operators
JOB DESCRIPTION:
   • To promote company products to customer
   • Prepare daily action and report to manager
   • Make appointment with corporate company and preparing presentation
   • Handle customer complaint and solve problem
   • Well connect with customer by online, phone, and face to face
   • Maintain customer and increase sale
 
REQUIREMENTS:

    • Finish High School or university student year 1 or 2

   • Male or female 18 years old or above 
   • Finished High School, priority for university student
